Monkey Milkshake

This is a meal in a glass. Even those who don’t like milk will ask for more.
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 banana
1 cup nonfat (skim) milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in a blender container. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Makes 2 to 3 servings. Per serving: 117 calories, 5.2 g. protein, 24.6 g carbo., 0.8 g fat, 5 % calories from fat.
