Pinellas County Vital Statistics provides certified copies on births occurring in Florida from 1917 to present and for deaths occurring in Florida from 2009 to present.

 Directions to Mid-County Health Department:
Heading north on US 19, take the Ulmerton Road exit, turn left at the light, cross under US 19, and continue west for approximately 1.5 miles. Heading west our building will be on right side of the road just east of Starkey Road. Our office is located on the first floor close to the WIC Department.
